Watson Inform Technology is an inspection-first tool. It helps you review technology across structured categories, record what is ready, partial, missing or problematic, and produce a readiness board, gap board, condition heatmap, issue clusters and a practical local action pack. It is designed to work without any requirement to contact the business.

The application is built as a local-first tool. The core workflow runs on your Android device, and the reviews you create are held locally rather than on company servers.

Local App Data and On-Device Controls

The application stores the technology condition reviews you create locally on your Android device. This is local app content rather than information collected by the developer, and it is not automatically transmitted as part of the core workflow. The following items are kept on the device:

Reviews are saved automatically as you work, and you can reopen, rename, duplicate, copy a summary of, delete or export any review you have created. These operations take place on the device. You can delete individual reviews within the application and clear all local app data from within it as well.

Exporting, Copying and Sharing

Watson Inform Technology can export a review to a local file, copy a summary to the clipboard, and share content through the Android share sheet. These actions happen only when you choose them, so your information remains on the device unless you decide to export, copy or share it.

Exported and shared items are held wherever you save or send them, and the developer does not receive a copy as part of the core workflow. Sharing through Android passes the content to the application you select, and that application operates under its own privacy practices.

Optional Local Images

You can attach your own images to a review. These are user-selected local content, stored on the device as part of that review, and they are not automatically sent to the developer. Images are included only when you choose to add them, and the application can be used entirely without them.

Opening External Apps

Contact actions may open external Android services such as a browser, an email client, a maps application or the Android share sheet when selected by the user. Those external services operate under their own privacy practices. The application does not open them on its own.

What the Developer Receives

No account, login or registration is required to use Watson Inform Technology, and the developer does not receive the content of your local reviews as part of the core workflow.

If you contact the company by email, the company receives your email address and whatever your message contains, including any information you choose to include in it. That correspondence is handled separately from the review data held on your device.

What the App Does Not Include

Watson Inform Technology does not include login or account registration, does not process payments, does not offer subscriptions, and does not provide monetisation features.

Important Use Notice

Outputs such as the readiness board, gap board, condition heatmap, issue clusters and action pack are generated from the observations and judgements you enter locally. They are intended for informational, practical, planning-oriented and administrative use, and they are not a substitute for formal professional, legal, regulatory or certification processes.

The application does not carry out live technical verification. In particular, it is not:

  • a live IT monitoring tool
  • a penetration testing tool
  • a compliance certification engine
  • a source of legal, regulatory, medical, financial or cyber-security certification advice
  • a tool that performs website checks, uptime checks, licence checks, patch scans, vulnerability scans or remote diagnostics

Your Rights in the UK and EEA

Content you type into a review is whatever you choose to enter, and it may include personal information. Because that content is stored locally, you can usually manage it directly on your device by editing or deleting individual reviews, clearing local app data, or uninstalling the application. Watson Inform Technology is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it or otherwise address the situation.
